Reagan National (DCA)
Your chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign (or your code word, if you asked for one). Collect your bags, find the sign, and the car is a short walk away. Only carry-on? Head straight to baggage claim anyway: it is the easiest place to find each other.
Washington Dulles (IAD)
Domestic flights: your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim in the Main Terminal with a name sign.
International flights: after passport control and customs you come out into the International Arrivals Hall, where your chauffeur is waiting with your name. Passport control can take a while, so take your time: international arrivals include 90 minutes of free wait time.
BWI Marshall (BWI)
Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim on the lower level with a name sign, then walks you out to the car.
Union Station
We agree the meeting point when you book, usually the main hall or the front entrance on Columbus Circle, and your chauffeur texts you the exact spot before your train arrives. Give us your train number and we follow it.
Private aviation (FBO)
Your chauffeur checks in at the FBO desk about 30 minutes before your aircraft's arrival and meets you inside, or planeside where the FBO allows it. Give us your tail number when you book.
Good to know
- Free wait time: 60 minutes after domestic landings, 90 after international, 15 at other pickups.
- Can't find your chauffeur? Call or text the number in your confirmation, or Velora dispatch at (703) 952-3554, any hour.
- Privacy: ask for a code word instead of your name on the sign.
